ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow [1-2 Business Days] to process your order. Expect an email within [2-3 Business Days] to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 Business Days using USPS, Fedex or UPS. Flat rate shipping fee of 4.99 applies to orders shipping to America for 1 game.  For 2 or more games,  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hi@houseoftimepass.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 House Of Timepass is not responsible for the following-

- Incorrect Address: If you have entered the wrong address while placing order and the order has been shipped out already - we are not liable in sending another product out. Please try to get in contact with the address in retrieving the package.

- Incorrect/No Contact Information: Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email), which prevents customs from being able to clear packages. 

-Missing packages: We are not responsible for missing packages. If a package does go missing, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping service for a refund. 

-Not Receiving your package due to failure to pay for taxes, VAT, Customs and other charges.

 International Shipping Policy:

  • Customs & duties for orders shipped outside the USA: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.  All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

  • We ship your package, duties and taxes unpaid, and do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot estimate what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

  • Your carrier will charge you, the recipient, all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.  We cannot ship to parcel lockers or forwarding services. 

  • Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process.
